I am predominantly a French press fan when we travel. Easy to brew and dependable. This manual espresso brewer has now taken first place and will be my traveling companion this coming year. It was fascinating to watch the process of air pressure moving the water thru the grounds. I have had the hand held espresso maker that you pump and gotten good results, this is actually watching the process. I had to play around with the grind, water temp and resting time to come up with my own special preference….this is easy to use, easy to clean and other than getting hot water it is off grid brewing. I. Have a usb kettle for the car so it was easy to get hot water. I am looking forward to cold brewing as well…the system is fool proof, safe and very portable. Price point is extremely reasonable and for those that like a bit of coffee time I would highly recommend.

- Use freshly roasted specialty beans for optimal flavor. Midium fine and fine grind are available. Adding coffee grounds in the powder bowl, 10-20g is preferable.
- Slightly flatten the grounds with water screen,put it over the grounds and fix the powder bowl to the bowl holder. Screw up the water tank securely.
- Place the main body onto the coffee cup and pour hot water into the water tank with your favourite ratio (no exceeding 150ml).
- Screw up the electric lid.
- To turn on the machine, double press the central switch on the lid rapidly,the french press lid will start brewing.Operation is continued within one minute.
- When indicator light starting flash, the machines will stop working automatically. An easy, fancy,fresh American coffee is completed!
